The STUDS Ball

The annual STUDS Winter Ball with SO's, or "significant others" as we call them, is our main event of the year.

The STUDS 2010 Winter Ball will take place on Saturday, February 27, 2010

Drinks will begin at 19:00 (7.00 pm), followed by dinner at 20:00 (8 pm).

After dinner we will have music and dancing, and will continue to have free wine and beer for two hours after dinner.

The cost is 55 euros each for members of STUDS and their significant others. For other guests, the cost is 65 euros each. In order to attend, members of STUDS must pay their dues. Dues are 25 euros per year. Thus for a typical STUDS couple, the total cost for dues and tickets to the Winter Ball is 135 euros. You can send your dues and payments for the Ball to the following STUDS account number: 363-0199003-96 Please be sure to include the name of the STUD and significant other in the memo section on the bank transfer.

Please also send an email to andygraham@bigpond.com confirming that you are coming or that you are not planning to come, together with your menu selection, by Friday, February 12, 2010.

We would encourage you to make your bank transfers early, as these folks work on a cash basis and we have to pay them that night. This is a really fun evening and we hope as many of you as possible can come.

This is a chance for all of us to get together, whether or not we are available to come to Le Baron for Friday coffee or the other activities we organise.
